"EL SECRETO DE SUS OJOS" won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film PDF Print E-mail

"El secreto de sus ojos" ( in English, The Secret in Their Eyes),  by director Juan José Campanella, won the Oscar for Best Foreign Language Film today past midnight, thus becoming the second Argentine film to be awarded this prize after 1986's "La historia oficial". For Campanella, the award comes as a revenge of sorts after "El hijo de la novia" was equally nominated for this award in 2002 but did not win.

Argentina receives unusual loan for nuclear project PDF Print E-mail

It is the first loan of its kind ever granted to a multilateral organism for nuclear energy purposes.

The Ministry of Health of the Nation reported today that more than 750,000 doses of vaccines against influenza A were already handed out in every provinces of Argentina to begin to immunize the risk´s groups.
