The president of State oil company YPF, Miguel Galuccio, and his counterpart oil major Chevron head for Latin America and Africa, Ali Moshiri, signed a commercial agreement for the development of shale oil at the Vaca Muerta shale formation in Patagonia, Neuquén. It is foreseen an initial investment of up to US$1.5 billion.
